Biography
Ivana has more than 20 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients. Her practice focuses on energy law (including renewables), banking, finance and capital markets, project finance, as well as commercial and contract law. She regularly advises clients on project development and project financing and other financing aspects in the energy and infrastructure sector and banking and finance area, as well as on finance industry regulatory and other transactions (including securities offerings and repos and derivatives).
