Biography

Goran is the head of the office. Over the years, he has acquired strong expertise in advising clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, equity investments, restructurings, acquisition and project financings. Goran regularly assists domestic and international clients with various matters related to Croatian corporate and banking & finance law, often involving multiple jurisdictions and complex structures and relations.
