Biography

Vito focuses his practice on various aspects of corporate law, competition law and IP law. In particular, he advises clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and corporate governance matters. Vito also represents clients in antitrust matters and merger clearance procedures, largely focusing on transactions in the media and IT sectors. In addition, he also regularly advises clients on various commercial aspects of contract law and court registry matters.
